Consultation Fees (w.e.f. August 2024)
Home consultation: $200 (50 minutes)
Online consultation: $180 (50 minutes)
*Additional charges apply for extended sessions (in blocks of 25 minutes) & outside regular practice hours
School Observation / Meeting with school or other providers: $200 (60 - 90 minutes), charges apply for correspondence >25 minutes
IQ & Educational Assessments: $800 - $2800 (Fee is dependent on specific assessment(s) required and duration. Please contact us for a quote. All assessments include completed report and feedback session.)
Cancellation Policy
A commitment to our time together is essential for meeting your therapy goals. Cancellations are a loss to yourself or your child, another client on waiting for an available slot, and the psychologist's time to prepare for your session.
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance so that another client may utilise your allotted time.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. You will have a waiver for the first last-minute cancellation or missed appointment, after which any subsequent cancellations or missed appointment will incur a fee as listed below:
Reschedule Requests or Cancellation
> within 24 hours of scheduled appointment : 100% of session fee charged;
> between 24 and 48 hours of scheduled appointment : 50% of session fee charged;
> more than 48 hours notice : no charge;
> medical or other emergency : waived on case-by-case basis, medical certificate may be requested.
